We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of order date, for unworn and unwashed merchandise with original tags attached. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of YASEMINOZERI.COM, client will be reimbursed shipping charges.

Full price items will be refunded to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs involved. Your account will be credited within 5 days of receiving your return.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange. 

To Make Return 

E-mail us at yaseminozeristudio@gmail.com within 5 days upon receipt of order with the reason for return. Let us know if you prefer a refund or exchange. If the requested style is unavailable, the amount will be returned to your card.

We will get back to you within 24 hrs with a return authorization.

Goods must be received back to our studio in Istanbul within 20 days of order date, and be returned unworn and in perfect condition. We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

Exchange orders will be shipped out upon receiving your return, and any difference of price will be adjusted to your original payment method. Tracking confirmation will be emailed once your exchange order ships from our studio.
